Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a mobile service?
Please fill out the online request form located under the tab mobile services, and we will respond to your request within 24 hours. We do require a non-refundable deposit to book all mobile services.
Is there a travel fee?
Yes, there are travel fees associated with the mobile services that are not included in the mobile pricing. We offer flat rate travel for the mobile bus, and in-house up to 25 miles from our location.
Parking?
Legal parking on level ground is required for our 24-ft. mobile bus, and is the responsibility of the client. Any meter, valet, and garage parking for technicians servicing clients in-house will be paid by the client requesting service.
How many guests can you accommodate in the bus?
We can provide mobile service for up to (12) guests, and service (3) guests at the same time, depending on the number of technicians available. The mobile unit comfortably seats up to 6 guests inside the mobile bus.
What services are provided?
We currently provide a variety of manicures and pedicures the mobile nail service. If you have a larger party (5 or more), you may choose one service from our menu. Please note that due to our limited water supply, only Go-Getter pedicures are available inside the mobile bus for parties (3 or more).

Travel fees and gratuity are not included in the service menu prices. To request a service, please complete the online service form. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation, and an estimate of fees and availability.
Mobile Service Policy
An in-house or bus request for large groups (6 or more) are based on an hourly rate, and does require a 2-hr service minimum. Legal parking is required for PNC 24-ft. unit, and the responsibility of the client, including any parking fees or special travel accommodation. Additional fees will be applied to any appointment request outside of normal service times, or last minute onsite service request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If unable to keep your studio appointment, please contact us to cancel within 48-hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of service. If studio cancellation is less than 24hrs the full service fee will apply. All mobile service deposits are non-refundable and require 72-hours cancellation before mobile appointment to avoid 100% of service total being charged.
payment POLICY
A credit card along with a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, and will go towards remaining balance when the service is completed. Travel fees and gratuity are not included in mobile service prices. Please let us know if you would like to add additional to the required 20% gratuity for parties.
