Is Permanent Jewelry durable?

We only sell 14K gold filled and sterling silver jewelry, so the chains will not fade. The durability does depend on your lifestyle. Please keep this in mind when selecting the thinner chains. Everything has a breaking point when put under pressure.

Can Permanent jewelry be removed?

If you need to remove your permanent jewelry for whatever reason, you can do this with small scissors or nail clippers where it was zapped. Keep your custom jewelry to be re-welded later. A re-welding fee may apply.

Is Permanent jewelry TSA approved?

Yes, you can make it through U.S. airport security. (International airport policy maybe different).

How do I clean Permanent jewelry?

Clean with a soft jewelry cloth or brush. You will receive one with your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Bonded by PNC Permanent Jewelry studio is by appointment only. We do require a $25 deposit for studio appointments. The deposit is applicable to your jewelry purchase. Studio appointments have a 30-minute session time, so if you are more than 15 minutes late, this will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made the same day or less than 24 hours will forfeit the $25 deposit.

All sales are final and come with a 30-day re-welding warranty.
